Snacks and beverages will be provided. This meeting is free and open to everyone.

Plan to stay for the meeting and learn about interesting places to ski including Siliver Star in Canada and the Gunflint Trail in Minnesota’s Boundary Waters area. The Bike Doc, Tom Klein, Paul Erspamer and Paul Keber will share some tales and tips. Look forward to seeing you there!

Winter Ski Trips Sign-up Guidelines

You will be receiving flyers for the Nordic Ski Club’s 2014-2015 winter bus ski trips in the mail. DO NOT MAIL THE FORMS TO THE SKI TRIP LEADERS IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE OCTOBER 17 SIGNUP MEETING, as that meeting is the FIRST opportunity to sign up for these trips. You can bring signup forms from others who cannot attend the October meeting, but please note the signup order:

1st) Program Committee Members, Board Members and ski trip leaders.

2nd) People physically present at the signup meeting. One member of a household membership can bring all the registrations for their household.

3rd) Signups brought to the meeting but the participants are not present in the signup line, as well as those ski trip registrations received by the ski trip leader no later than the day prior to the signup meeting date will be placed in a random drawing.

4th) Mailed registrations arriving on or after the signup meeting date.

Please complete the signup form and make your check payable to NSCM for the deposit amount for each ski trip. All ski trips offer an option of receiving the trip letter via e-mail. If you DO NOT select the e-mail option, please bring a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope (9 1/2” x 4 1/8”) for each trip to the October signup.

Signups begin at 7 pm on Friday, October 17 on a first come, first served basis. Please note that four to a room means that there are four people and two beds, with two people sharing each bed.

Please note that due to the continued closing of the Watertown Plank Park & Ride lot this winter for the Zoo Interchange project, this year’s bus trips will depart from the Burleigh St Park & Ride lot located off the Hwy 45 Burleigh Street exit.
