Note that this is Saturday night, July 4, when most suburbs hold their fireworks. (Milwaukee’s downtown fireworks are July 3.) Gary Braun and Paula Brookmire will meet you at 8:00 p.m. in the center section of the bleachers, within the top five rows, in the blue seats. These seats have full backs, and restrooms are not far away. Look for our glow sticks.

Parking used to be free this night, but last year due to construction there was a parking charge. So we suggest you park around 85th St. and Washington St. (1/4 mile north of Greenfield Ave.) and walk into the west entrance into the park and to the grandstand.
