45^th Birthday Party and Annual Ski Trip Sign Up on Oct. 21

Let’s party! It’s our 45^th anniversary, and the Nordic Ski Club is celebrating with pizza, a birthday cake, photos from over the decades and a game of “Wait, Wait! Don’t Snow Me.” We’ll also have the traditional ski-trip signup for our four bus trips up north this winter (see below). Have fun with us and meet some of our early club members.

By now you will have received an email with hotlinks to the four bus ski trip flyers. DO NOT MAIL THE FORMS TO THE SKI TRIP LEADERS IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE OCTOBER 21 SIGNUP MEETING, as that meeting is the FIRST opportunity to sign up for these trips. You can bring signup forms from others who cannot attend the October meeting, but please note the signup order:

1. Program Committee Members, Board Members and ski trip leaders.
   
2. People physically present at the signup meeting. One member of a household membership can bring all the registrations for their household.
   
3. Signups brought to the meeting but the participants are not present in the signup line, as well as those ski trip registrations received by the ski trip leader no later than the day prior to the signup meeting.
   
4. Mailed registrations arriving on or after the signup meeting date.

Please complete the signup form for the ski trip and make your check payable to NSCM for the deposit amount for that trip. All ski trips offer an option of receiving the trip letter via e-mail. If you DO NOT select the e-mail option, please bring a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope (9 1/2” x 4 1/8”) for each trip to the October signup.

Signups begin at 7 pm on Friday, October 21 on a first come, first served basis. Please note that four to a room means that there are four people and two beds, with two people sharing each bed.
