Join fellow Nordics for a Saturday morning hike at Nashotah Park on June 10th, 10am. The Gullen family donated the land in 1972 to ensure that this area would be a home for native plant preservation and recreation. We will hike the 3.5 mile Green Trail. 1.5 hrs estimate. The Green Trail is rated intermediate (skiing and hiking) and includes both woods and prairies, hills and flat stretches.

Meet at the park and ride, U.S. Hwy 16 and State Highway C, at 10am for carpooling or meet up with us at the park shelter/restrooms of Picnic Area 2. There is a $4 per vehicle entrance fee to the park.

Park Entrance: ½ mile north of U.S. Hwy 16 on State Highway C
