Join the Nordics at 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 27 for a local ski outing at the McMiller ski trails located in the Kettle Moraine State Forest - Southern Unit. There are 6 ski loops with 22 miles of trail rated from beginner thru expert consisting of rolling Kettle Moraine terrain. The trails are groomed for both skating and striding. A heated trail shelter with a changing room is open for use. With the recent snowfalls, the trails are in great shape!
Directions: 45 miles southwest of Milwaukee and southwest of Eagle. At WI-67 &WI-59 in Eagle, take WI-67 south for 3 miles, turn right/west on County Road NN for a half-mile, turn right/north at the McMiller Sports Center entrance sign, and trailhead parking lot is on the left/west. S103 W38754 County Road NN, Eagle, WI. Note: A Wisconsin state park sticker is required for your vehicle and a state trail pass is required for each skier.
